Soft Polenta with Bay Leaves


  • 2 cups polenta (coarse cornmeal)
  • 4 teaspoons coarse kosher salt
  • 3 small Turkish bay leaves
  • 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 10 cups water
