Ingredients

• 3 Eggs
• 2 cup(s) sugar
• 1 cup(s) shortening
• 6 cup(s) flour
• 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
• 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
• 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda (dissolved inch 1 cup milk)
• + 1 more ingredients
• • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon or vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients together and knead until no longer sticky. Roll out 1/2 inch and cut into shapes. Bake for 6-8 minutes, on 350° until golden brown.
