Ingredients

• Additional sugar
• Dash of salt
• 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
• 2 cup(s) flour
• ¾ cup(s) sugar
• 2 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
• ¾ cup(s) vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla until thickened. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to sugar mixture and mix well.
