Soho Eggs


  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 8 slices rindless bacon
  • 4 tomatoes, skinned and chopped
  • 3 teaspoons butter
  • 125 g mixed mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
