Sole with Bananas

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 (4 ounce) fillets sole
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

    • 3 bananas, sliced lengthwise
    • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
