Sole with Herb Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 6 4- to 5-ounce sole fillets
  • Fresh dill sprigs
  • Lemon wedges
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    • Olive oil

Mix butter, chopped herbs and fresh lemon juice in small bowl to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Preheat broiler.
