Sole with Orange Brown Butter
Ingredients
- 1 large shallot
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 pound sole fillets
- Coarse salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
