Sole with Orange Raisin Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/8 t nutmeg
- 1/3 c golden raisins
- 2 t cornstarch
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 c orange juice
- 2 T canola oil
- 1 ½ lb sole or flounder fillets (about 7 small fillets)

- ½ t kosher salt
- ¼ c ground flaxseed
- ½ c flour
