Sole with Orange Raisin Sauce


  • 1/8 t nutmeg
  • 1/3 c golden raisins
  • 2 t cornstarch
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1 c orange juice
  • 2 T canola oil
  • 1 ½ lb sole or flounder fillets (about 7 small fillets)
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1/8 t pepper
    • ½ t kosher salt
    • ¼ c ground flaxseed
    • ½ c flour
