  • 1 ¾ cups sifted cocoa
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate-flavored sprinkles or grated semi-sweet chocolate

Beat whipping cream in a medium mixing bowl until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in cocoa and vanilla until well blended. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
