Ingredients

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 10 large garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 rib-eye steaks (each about 1 in. thick and 20 oz., cut in half crosswise)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
