Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon
  • 2 T tablespoons butter
  • ½ c chopped onions
  • 3 T chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 7 thick bread slices, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 5 ½ c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 5 ½ c shredded Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese
    • 8 eggs
    • 2 c 2% reduced-fat milk
    • ½ t chili powder
