Ingredients

  • 2 ½ pounds sour cherries
  • 3 ½ tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons golden brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

    • 1 ¼ cups all purpose flour
    • 1 cup sugar
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • 1 Tender Pie Crust dough disk
    • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ½ cup unsalted butter

Roll out pie crust disk on floured surface to 13 1/2-inch round. Transfer to 9-inch glass pie dish. Trim overhang to 1 inch. Fold edges under.
