Sour Cream-Cucumber Sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 (8-ounce) container light sour cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and seeded
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
Grate cucumber, and place in a colander, pressing to drain excess liquid. Place between paper towels, and pat dry. Stir together cucumber and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes or up to 2 days.
