Sour Cream Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 4 teaspoon(s) white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) prepared mustard
  • ½ cup(s) Mayonnaise
  • 1 package(s) sour cream (8 ounce pkg)
  • 6 hard cooked eggs
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup(s) sliced green onions
    • ½ cup(s) chopped green pepper
    • ½ cup(s) chopped seeded peeled cucumber
    • 1 cup(s) chopped celery
    • 6 cup(s) diced cooked potatoes
    • 1 teaspoon(s) celery seed, optional

In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Remove egg yolks from whites. Chop whites and add to potato mixture; toss lightly. Mash yolks with sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper and celery seeds, if desired. Fold into potato mixture. Refrigerate for at least 6 hour...
