Sour Cream Potato Soup


  • ½ cup(s) sour cream
  • 3 cup(s) milk
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 2 tablespoon(s) salt
  • 2 carrots, diced (large)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 potatoes peeled and diced (medium)
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 4 cup(s) water

Peel potatoes and carrots. Boil in water until tender. Strain and reserve 1 cup water. In saucepan, sauté onions in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients except some cream.
