Sour Cream Potatoes 8

Ingredients

• 1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
• 16 ounce(s) sour cream
• 8 red potatoes (medium)
• ¹/₃ cup(s) chopped onion
• ¹/₃ cup(s) butter or margarine
• 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
• ½ teaspoon(s) pepper

Scrub potatoes; cook in boiling water about 30 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool slightly. Peel and cut poratoes into 1/2 inch cubes. Sauté oinion in butter in small skillet until tender.
