Sour Cream Pound Cake with Rum Glaze
Ingredients
- 1 ½ tablespoons butter
- 3 cups cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoons baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar

- 1 cup fat-free sour cream
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons dark rum

- 3 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 350°. To prepare cake, coat a 10-inch tube pan with cooking spray; dust with breadcrumbs. Set aside. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
