  • 1 ½ cup(s) warm water
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 6 cup(s) plain flour (Bread Flour) --may use 4 cup bread flour & 2 cup whole wheat
  • ½ cup(s) corn oil
  • ½ cup(s) sugar
  • 1 cup(s) starter

In a large bowl, make a stiff batter of the above ingredients. Grease another large bowl, put dough in and turn over (to put oil on side and top).
