Soy Ginger Tuna
Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 1 tablespoon(s) hot water
- 2 tablespoon(s) dry mustard
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- ½ cup(s) white wine
- ½ tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) shallots - minced, or green onions

- RICE:
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- MARINADE:
- ½ cup(s) tawny port - or sherry
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh ginger - peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh garlic - minced
- 3 green onions (scallions) - finely sliced
- 1 cup(s) white rice
- 3 green onions - finely sliced
- 1 orange - peeled and cut up
- can sliced water chestnuts
- 4 bluefin or yellowfin tuna steaks (6-8 oz. and 1 inch thick)
- 3 tablespoon(s) half and half
- 3 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
- 1 cup(s) Soy Sauce
- ½ cup(s) unsalted butter - sliced
- 2 teaspoon(s) black sesame seeds for garnish
