Soy Ginger Tuna

Ingredients

  • SAUCE:
  • 1 tablespoon(s) hot water
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • ½ cup(s) white wine
  • ½ tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) shallots - minced, or green onions
  • + 20 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
    • 1 tablespoon(s) teriyaki sauce
    • RICE:
    • 1 tablespoon(s) butter
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • MARINADE:
    • ½ cup(s) tawny port - or sherry
    • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh ginger - peeled and minced
    • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh garlic - minced
    • 3 green onions (scallions) - finely sliced
    • 1 cup(s) white rice
    • 3 green onions - finely sliced
    • 1 orange - peeled and cut up
    • can sliced water chestnuts
    • 4 bluefin or yellowfin tuna steaks (6-8 oz. and 1 inch thick)
    • 3 tablespoon(s) half and half
    • 3 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
    • 1 cup(s) Soy Sauce
    • ½ cup(s) unsalted butter - sliced
    • 2 teaspoon(s) black sesame seeds for garnish
