Spaghetti and Cheese Stuffed Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup(s) Parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 3 ounce(s) mozzarella cheese, cut into 16 (½ inch) cubes
  • 4 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 1 onion, chopped (large)
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped

    • 1 jar(s) marinara pasta sauce or spaghetti sauce (24 ounce jar)
    • 3 slice(s) bread, torn into pieces
    • 1 pound(s) Ground Beef
    • 8 ounce(s) sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
    • 1 pound(s) spaghetti

In large bowl, combine bread and 1/4 C. water. Let stand for 5 minutes. Squeeze out excess water. Return bread to bowl, stir in beef, sausage, egg, Parmesan and parsley until well combined.
