  • 1 bunch broccoli rabe
  • 8 ounces sweet or hot Italian sausage
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 2 ½ cups cooked thin spaghetti
  • 8 large eggs
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 4 ounces Italian Fontina or Monterey Jack cheese
