  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • ½ pound spaghetti
  • 1 pound lacinato kale
  • 8 large garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • Finely grated Parmesan cheese
