  • 2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Handful of Fresh Basil Leaves, roughly chopped
  • ¾ pound of Spaghetti
  • Salt and Pepper, to Taste
  • Freshly Grated Parmiggiano Reggiano to serve
