Spaghetti with Pine Nuts, Tomato & Garlic Breadcrumbs

Ingredients

  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-½ cups fresh coarse breadcrumbs
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup pine nuts, toasted
  • ¾ lb. dried spaghetti
  • ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 6 Tbs. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    • ¼ cup raisins
    • Kosher salt
    • 1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved

Set a large pot of salted water over high heat and bring to a boil.
