  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 large garlic cloves
  • ¾ teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes
  • 1 pound spaghettini or capellini
