Spanish Brown Rice


  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

1. Combine rice and garlic in a saucepan. Stir in water, salsa, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil. 2. Stir rice mixture and reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, for 50 minutes.
