Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cup(s) Flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup(s) oatmeal
  • 1 cup(s) shortening, (½ cup oleo & ½ Crisco)
  • 1 cup(s) white sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup(s) Spanish peanuts
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon(s) soda
    • ½ teaspoon(s) baking powder
    • 1 cup(s) corn flakes
    • 1 cup(s) Brown Sugar

in mixer beat sugars and shortening; then add eggs. Mix well. By hand add flour, then rest of ingredients. Bake at 350° on a greased cookie sheet for 10-15 minutes or until done.
