Spanish Drop Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cup(s) Flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup(s) oatmeal
- 1 cup(s) shortening, (½ cup oleo & ½ Crisco)
- 1 cup(s) white sugar
- 1 1/3 cup(s) Spanish peanuts
- + 4 more ingredients

- ½ teaspoon(s) soda
- ½ teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1 cup(s) corn flakes
- 1 cup(s) Brown Sugar
in mixer beat sugars and shortening; then add eggs. Mix well. By hand add flour, then rest of ingredients. Bake at 350° on a greased cookie sheet for 10-15 minutes or until done.
