Spanish Eggs
Ingredients
- 2-3 beaten eggs 1 chopped red bell pepper ½ chopped green bell pepper ½ of an onion diced 1 cup salsa (optional) 1 cup of cheddar cheese 1 cup of mozarella cheese
Get a medium skillet and put about a table spoon of butter in it.Heat skillet.beat about 2-3 eggs in a cup.scramble eggs.Add your peppers,onions,tomatos,and other ingrediants all togethar in a bowl with eggs.mix togethar gently.DONT PULVARIZE THE EGGS AND OTHER INGREDIANTS !!!
