Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) warm water
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) chopped rosemary
  • 2 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 envelope(s) dry active yeast
  • pinch(s) of crushed red pepper
  • 2 cup(s) finely shredded stemmed kale

    • 1 small Delicata squash seeded and sliced crosswise 1/2 inch thick
    • 1 tablespoon(s) honey
    • 1 clove(s) garlic
    • Sea salt
    • 1 ounce(s) shaved fresh pecorino cheese
    • 2 cup(s) spelt flour
    • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice

In a large bowl, combine the spelt flour with the yeast, water, honey, 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and 3/4 teaspoon of kosher salt and stir until a dough forms.
