Ingredients

• ¼ cupnuts(optional)
• ¼ cupraisins(optional)
• ¾ cupbuttermilk
• ½ cuphoney
• 1 teaspoonvanilla
• ¼ cupyogurt
• ¼ cup applesauce or ¼ cupyogurt

  • 2 egg substitute
  • 2 eggs, beaten or 2 egg substitute
  • 1 teaspoonnutmeg
  • 2 teaspoonscinnamon
  • ½ teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • ¼ cupground flax seeds
  • 2 ¹/₃ cupsspelt flour
