Spelt Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups spelt flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup mashed banana
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• ¹/₃ cup vegetable shortening

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 ¾ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup raisins

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Mix spelt flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda together in a bowl.
