Spelt Pancakes with Caramelized Peaches

Ingredients

• ¹/₃ cup agave syrup
• 3 tablespoons coconut oil
• 3 peaches, cut into slices
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil
• 1 ¹/₃ cup buttermilk
• 2 eggs, separated
• Pinch of salt
