Spiced Apple Simple Syrup

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon apple pie spice
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 ½ cups apple juice
Bring sugar, apple juice, and apple pie spice to a boil in a saucepan. Cook 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, and stir in ice cubes; freeze 20 minutes.
