SPICED BOILED YAMS
- 2 pound(s) yams, peeled and thickly sliced
- 4 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
