• ½ cup(s) bourbon whiskey
• ¾ cup(s) well - shaken buttermilk
• 2 eggs (Large)

  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
  • ½ teaspoon(s) ground allspice
  • ½ teaspoon(s) ground cardamon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon(s) ground cloves
  • 2 ¼ cup(s) cake flour

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 12 cup bundt pan and lightly dust with flour, set aside. Mix flour, baking powder, soda, spices and salt together in bowl. Set aside.
