Spiced Carrot Strips
- 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 5 carrots, julienned (large)
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
- ¼ teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
Place carrots in a saucepan; cover with water and cook for 8-10 minutes, until crisp-tender; drain. Combine the butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon; add to carrots and toss to coat.
