Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 4 (6-ounce) trout fillets
  • ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
  • Watercress sprigs (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon curry powder
    • 1 teaspoon pumpkin-pie spice
    • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided

Preheat oven to 450°. Place fillets on a baking sheet. Lightly brush fillets with 1 teaspoon oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
