Spiced-Lamb-Stuffed Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup(s) short-grain rice
  • 4 medium zucchini
  • 0.5 pound(s) ground lamb
  • 0.25 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
