  • 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne
  • ½ tsp. ground coriander
  • 2 Tbs. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1-½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 Tbs. dark brown sugar

    • 1 lb. (4 cups) mixed unsalted nuts (such as cashews, macadamias, walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
