Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 teaspoons fresh mint
  • 1 ½ pounds mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano
  • 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon whole allspice
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
    • 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Finely grind coriander and allspice in an electric coffee/spice grinder or with a mortar and pestle.
