  • Confectioner's sugar (for dusting)
  • ¾ cup canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk

    • Cake:
    • 1 ½ cups flour
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 sweet potato, peeled and diced
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
