  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Zest from ½ an orange
  • Sauce:

    • ¾ cup canola oil
    • 3 eggs

    • 1 sweet potato, peeled and diced
    • 1 cup sugar
