Spiced Yogurt Dip

  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onions
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
    • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

Place the first 3 ingredients in a spice or coffee grinder, and process until finely ground. Place spice mixture, turmeric, and pepper in a small skillet over medium heat; cook 1 minute or until fragrant. Combine spice mixture, yogurt, and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring to combine.
