  • 1 cup(s) golden raisins
  • ½ cup(s) diced lemon peel
  • ½ cup(s) chopped pitted prunes
  • ½ cup(s) chopped candied pineapple
  • 1 cup(s) chopped pecans
  • 1 cup(s) chopped walnuts
  • 2 cup(s) brandy or 1 cup brandy and 1 cup white wine, plus 1 cup brandy for aging
  • 1 cup(s) chopped dried apricots
