Spicy Guacamole with Jalapeno-Mango and Chips


  • 1/3 cup peeled and diced jicama
  • 1 cup Jalapeno-Mango Salsa, recipe follows
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • ¼ large red onion, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 mangoes, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2 whole jalapeno chiles
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • Tortilla chips, for serving
    • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
