Spicy Hash Browns

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 ½ cups diced baking potato (about 2 1/2 pounds)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¾ teaspoon chili powder

Preheat oven to 400°. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Add potatoes; stir well to coat. Place potatoes in a single layer on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until browned.
