Spicy Lamb Shish Kebabs
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup(s) fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) ground allspice
- Warmed pita bread
- 1 pound(s) small zucchini
- 2 pound(s) trimmed lean leg of lamb
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt with the paprika, cumin, allspice, garlic and the 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with 1 1/2 teaspoons of kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.
