Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup(s) fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 pound(s) small zucchini
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • Warmed pita bread
  • 2 pound(s) trimmed lean leg of lamb
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon(s) hot paprika
    • 2 clove(s) garlic
    • 1 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil

In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt with the paprika, cumin, allspice, garlic and the 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with 1 1/2 teaspoons of kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.
