  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons Louisiana hot sauce
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 (6-ounce) tilapia fillets
  • 1 (8-ounce) container refrigerated prechopped tomato, onion, and bell pepper mix
  • 2 tablespoons water
