Spicy Peas
Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 can(s) purple hull peas
- 6 slice(s) bacon
- 1 can(s) Rotel
Cook bacon in 4 qt. sauce pan. Drain and crumble and set aside. Cook onion in drippings. Add peas. Simmer 45 minutes on low heat.
