Spicy Queso Dip

Ingredients

• 1 can(s) diced tomatoes and green chilies (10 ounce can)
• 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 onion, diced (small)
• 1 tablespoon(s) oil
• 1 clove(s) garlic, minced
• 1 package(s) pepper Jack pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed (16 ounce package)
• Tortilla chips

Cook onion in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until tender. Add garlic, and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat.
