Spicy Rainbow Chard with Bacon and Polenta

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ¼ to ½ tsp. red chile flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 large shallots, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 4 slices (6 oz.) thick-cut bacon
    • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
    • 1 cup polenta
